  The place was horrible for a buffet. Rigatoni was cold and never replaced with fresh for an hr, only 6 bread sticks were brought out the entire hr we were there, they never got the dirty plates off the table til we were about to leave, they took a buffet pizza directly to a table and let them get theirs before the put it on the buffet. THIS PLACE SUCKS

  Tastes good, clean dining area, but young employees who don't seem to take customer service or good work ethic seriously. Also, when I received an incorrect pizza order, and contacted Pizza Hut, my issue was never responded to or resolved. Apparently management doesn't take customer complaints any more seriously than the employees take their job duties.

  Absolutely a terrible Pizza Hut. 29 minutes to get 1 pizza for carry out. After 6 minutes of waiting at the counter the waitress says "are you waiting for something". Not hello or welcome. I wanted to say NO I LIKE STANDING AT A PIZZA HUT COUNTER FOR NO REASON. Waited a couple more minutes while she looked for my pizza. After not finding it she wandered away. Finally a young man who didn't even look like he worked there told me it wasn't even in the oven yet and he was sorry. Offered me a small discount. Finally received my pizza and no surprise it's under cooked and the dough tastes really old. Place was dead (2 tables) and they ever screwed up the one tables pizza. Sadly the place was staffed up and should have been able to handle a large dinner rush but couldn't handle 2 tables, me and 2 driver thru pick ups. Dinning room dirty and the whole place has a strange smell. I absolutely will NEVER return to this location.
